Naturopathic Services
As a Naturopathic Physician, I am trained as a general practitioner. In addition, I have received extensive education in all aspects of health from diagnosis to treatment and complementary and alternative medicine, including:
- Asian Medicine and Acupuncture - including tongue and pulse diagnosis, traditional and auricular acupuncture
- Botanical Medicine - use of herbal medicine, herbs, tinctures and teas
- Homeopathy - Using remedies that best match totality of symptom presented
- Massage therapy
- Hydrotherapy - use of hot and cold water to stimulate the immune system and healing
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Extensive diet and nutritional training
- Exercise physiology, treatment and rehabilitation
- Pharmaceutical use and training (though not all jurisdictions license Naturopathic Doctors with prescribing rights)
- Minor surgery (though not all jurisdictions license Naturopathic Doctors with this specialization)
